1.2.1.1 Device Information: To ensure the software is compatible with and can safely serve your device, when you start using the software, we will collect and record information about your mobile device based on your specific operations and permissions granted during installation and use. This information includes the brand, model, operating system version, language, build version, system account ID, hardware identifier (GAID), mobile country code (MCC), IP address, network operator information, application version number, application package name, installation channel, and location information of your mobile device (including the country or region where the device is located and the network access method).

1.2.1.2 Service Log Information: When you use our software services, we collect detailed usage data to improve and optimize the product experience and service quality, ensure service stability and network security. This data is automatically collected and saved as service logs, including information posted, access times, number of visits, usage duration, event details (such as errors, crashes, restarts, and upgrades), and other log information generated by the device you are using.

Please note that the information from these individual devices and service logs cannot be used to identify specific individuals. If we combine this non-personal information with other data to identify specific individuals, or if it is combined with personal information, during the period of combined use, this non-personal information will be considered personal information. If we do so, we will anonymize and de-identify this personal information, unless you have given us permission or there are other legal requirements. The above information is essential for providing the service. If you refuse to provide this information, we may not be able to offer you the relevant services of this software.

Please note that we will also collect the above device information and service log information in various business functions and scenarios of this software (there may be slight differences in different business functions and scenarios).

In this business function and scenario, we need to obtain your permission to read mobile network information and device parameter information.

1.2.2 Provide voice input function

When you use the voice input service, we entrust a third-party service provider to collect and upload your voice input. They will process the voice information in real-time based on your needs and provide you with the transcribed text, enabling the voice-to-text function. This information is essential for the service. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to use the service.

When you use the voice input service, we need to call your device's microphone permission to obtain your voice information. This is a necessary system permission for this function service. If you refuse to enable it, you will not be able to use this function service.

1.3 Other situations in which your information may be collected

Where permitted by law, we may obtain your personal information from other individuals, business entities, public channels or other third parties you instruct, as well as from other partners who provide our products or services and assist us in ensuring information security and preventing fraud, and other legitimate sources. 6.6 Right to cancel services or accounts: You can request to cancel your account through the cancellation path provided in this service or by contacting us via privacy@dlightek.com. Please be cautious when deciding to cancel your account. You understand that after your account is canceled, we will cease all products and services associated with it. Unless there are special legal requirements in your region, we will also delete all personal data associated with your account. If you logged into this service using a third-party account, please contact the third party to request the cancellation of their account.
